We do not sell or share your data with third parties and will never use your information for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.

  • Batch and profile information is private by default.
  • If you choose to mark a batch as “public,” the information entered for that batch may be visible to other users and to the public, depending on your chosen sharing options.
  • You are responsible for the content you make public. Veritasté does not review or verify user-submitted content before it is shared.

4. Your Rights and Choices

  • You may review, update, or delete your account information at any time by logging in or contacting us at thess@veritaste.com.
  • Optional profile information (name, phone, address) is not required.
  • If you wish to have your account and all associated data deleted, you may request this at any time and we will delete your data immediately upon request.
  • If you need to correct inaccurate information, you may update it in your account profile or contact us directly.

5. Data Security and Retention

  • All information is transmitted securely using HTTPS.
  • Data is stored and processed using Microsoft Azure services, providing secure data storage, processing, and web hosting.
  • Your data is only accessible to authorized personnel.
  • User data is retained indefinitely for ongoing platform use unless you request deletion, in which case it is removed immediately.

For European Union (EU) Users – GDPR

  • You have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information.
  • You may request to restrict or object to the processing of your data, or request a copy of your data (“data portability”).
